Shipping policy

This shipping policy is operated by AIMALL PTY LTD (ABN: 68 601 572 043) trading as AquaDownUnder, an Australian company based at 1a/19 Berry St, Clyde NSW 2142. We ship domestically across Australia only.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $29 AUD within Australia.
  • Standard shipping within Australia — flat rate of $6 AUD for orders below $29.
  • Express shipping within Australia — flat rate of $13 AUD for orders below $29, or $10 AUD for orders over $29.
  • Most products are shipped via Australia Post, Sendle, PFL Logistics and Courier Please.

Handling time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times

  • Standard delivery: 2 – 8 business days depending on destination (8 – 10 business days for Western Australia and remote areas).
  • Express delivery: 1 – 5 business days depending on destination.
  • Please expect delays on public holidays or during high-volume seasons. We will notify customers on the storefront banner if significant delays are expected.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us within 7 days. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. In the event that a parcel is damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

In-store pickup

  • Orders can be picked up Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays), 9:30 am – 5:00 pm.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

International shipping

At this time we only ship within Australia.
