Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 8 business days depending on your parcel destination (8-10 business days for western states and remote areas).
- Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 5 business days.
- Please expect delays on holidays or during high-volume seasons.
- Free Standard Shipping over $29 within Australia.
- Standard Shipping Within Australia- Flat Rate $6 below $29
- Express shipping within Australia - Flat rate of $13 per order below $29 and $10 for order over $29
- Most products are shipped by Australia Post, Sendle, PFL . Logistics, and Courier Please.

Returns and Refunds
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
For all return requests please contact support@aquadownunder.com.au and include the following information
- Invoice & order number
- Order name
- Item/s that you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Any additional details listed below

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please together email photos of the item. We will resolve the issue asap.
You do not have to pay the return shipping fee.
Return by change of mind
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You have to pay the return shipping fee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Orders can be picked up on Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays), 9:30 am-5 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
